Ingredients
- 4 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 thin slice peeled beet
- 1 to 2 unpeeled Gala apples (or other sweet apples)
Directions
In a juicer, combine the carrots, celery, spinach, broccoli, beet, and apples. Process according to machine directions.
Drink immediately for best flavor and nutritional value.
